Final Thoughts Friday - Activity

On a final thought for a great week, I wanted to take a moment to stress the importance of activity. I don't want to be specific and use the term "exercise" as any activity is a great thing. Walking a mile burns just as many calories as running or jogging that same mile. You do not need to do high impact workouts or hours upon hours of cardio to find improvement in yourself. Simply walking through Taekwon-Do movements or practicing self defense is enough to give you some benefit. Get up, be active and have fun while doing it, release some endorphins and enjoy being active. If its an activity that will build life skills and teach you to defend yourself, even better. We are here for you and working on being a better healthier person right beside you. Thank you.
