At Three Dragons Martial Arts Academy we’re on a mission to change lives.

Although less extreme, we forget this rule in day to day life.  We get caught up in work, family, taking care of the home, and fulfilling the multitude of roles we are all so selflessly committed to… losing ourselves in the daily grind.

But where does that leave us?

Too often it leaves us drained, overwhelmed, and often stressed.

My name is Matt Stewart, and Martial Arts is my life.  I get excited when I wake up in the morning because I get to share my passion of the art!

Now, I know a lot of people think Martial Arts is only about learning how to fight…and defend yourself…

It’s about connecting to your inner-strength and accomplishing goals you never though you could.  It’s about respecting your body and mind.
